These are standart date. Delays caused by COVID are possible.
Once your package has arrived in your country, your local shipping service is responsible for the product. If your order is lost, we will make as much as possible to help you with contacting your local services.
Taxes and tolls
We do not count and we do not pay your taxes and tolls for you. A customer is responsible for paying them.
Incorrect delivery information
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or an incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer, or if the parcel is marked as "unclaimed", we will notify you by email.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
We can change the delivery address after the order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible to change the address to the correct one.

Our policy lasts for 60 days.
Dear customer, we make a personalized product for you.
Due to the nature of custom handcrafted sign, we cannot offer full refunds on custom signs.
Instead, we offer a 50% store credit for all custom handmade items in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
This is our way of keeping our customers secured.
We aren't looking to make any profit on returns or exchanges.
In this regard, a refund / partial refund is strictly carried out:
1. If you are notified of the cancellation of the purchase within 1 days from the date of purchase.
2. When there was a damage to the scanner during shipping.
3. When there is a complete failure of the code reader.
4. If the bulbs and components of this LED model burn out (1 year warranty)

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. You must also obtain prior authorization for a refund, which can be obtained by contacting the Store at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the product was manufactured and sent to the customer, but the tracking says that the shipping services attempted deliveries at the specified address and could not deliver it, we do not process any refunds. In this case, the goods are re-shipped after our workers receive the order back.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
