GUARANTEE

Instascanner Store warrants that all products sold are tested at manufactures and free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty for light elements (LED-VERSION) is 1 year.

Warranty case:

- The QR code for the link you specified in the order details does not work.

- Luminous elements do not work (LED VERSION).

- Severe external damage.

If Instascanner Store, in Its sole discretion, finds that the product is defective, liability is limited only to repair or replace the defective product.

To use the warranty conditions, you must provide proof of purchase.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations.

1. All products returned to the Store for warranty inspection must obtain a prior return authorization, which can be obtained by contacting the Store at info@instascanner.eu.
2. We are not responsible for the products during delivery from the customer to our warranty Department.
3. the Warranty does not apply to products damaged as a result of improper use or any other defects other than defects in material or workmanship.
