This Refund Policy describes how we manage refunds.
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been delivered per carrier tracking info.
Refunds (if applicable)
Due to the nature of custom handcrafted sign, we cannot offer full refund.
Instead, we offer a 50% store credit or partial refund or replacement
We aren't looking to make any profit on returns or exchanges.
This is our way of keeping our customers secured.
A partial refund or replacement is strictly carried out:
1. If you are notified of the cancellation of the purchase within 1 days from the date of purchase.
2. When there was a damage to the scanner during shipping.
3. When there is a complete failure of the code reader.
4. If the bulbs and components of this LED model burn out (1 year warranty)
Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 days.
Instascanner Store warrants that all products sold are tested at manufactures and free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty for light elements (LED-VERSION) is 1 year.
- The QR code for the link you specified in the order details does not work.
- Luminous elements do not work (LED VERSION).
- Severe external damage.
If Instascanner Store, in Its sole discretion, finds that the product is defective, liability is limited only to repair or replace the defective product.
To use the warranty conditions, you must provide proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
