What if I made a mistake in the shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@instascanner.eu within 12 hours of placing your order. Please make the subject line 'Change of Address' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.

Why did I never receive my order confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info@instascanner.eu  to ensure that you provided us with the correct email during checkout.

What is your return policy?

We are currently offering a 30-day risk free return policy, after the delivery of your order! If you would like to return your order, simply contact us and let us know whether you would like to return or exchange your products.

How do I cancel my order?

Within 12 hours of ordering, you can cancel your order by contacting. Each order remains in a processing state for 12 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment.

It says 'Delivered' but the order hasn't arrived

Firstly please make sure that it has been at-least 24 hours since the tracking information said 'Delivered'.

If it still hasn't arrived either your package has been stolen, you have given the wrong address or the shipping carrier has made a mistake. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or free reshipment for these orders. We get a lot of people trying to scam us by telling us the product hasn't arrived when it has.
